The capital injection will bolster the company’s AI-driven roadmap and digital SaaS capabilities, aiming to replace fragmented vendor ecosystems with a unified operating system. Founded by geriatric psychiatrist Dr. Nitin Nanda, the firm provides a hybrid model of in-person and virtual care, covering settings from emergency departments to post-acute facilities. Unlike many specialized providers, Precise manages the full revenue cycle, a feature that has attracted major partners including CommonSpirit and Prime Healthcare.

Karim Botros, managing partner at A1 Health Ventures, noted that the company’s ability to reach profitability while delivering over 100,000 patient encounters positions it to define the enterprise behavioral health category. The platform, known as the Precise Behavioral Operating System, integrates clinical delivery with operational workflows. By providing modular solutions for consultation-liaison psychiatry and collaborative care, the company intends to reduce the administrative burden currently facing hospital service line owners dealing with workforce shortages and rising patient demand.
