The company’s quarterly results highlight a shift in profitability, with adjusted EBITDA climbing 38% to $211 million and margins expanding by 390 basis points to 42.2%. CEO Kevin Perhamus attributed the momentum to a combination of 21% organic growth, disciplined pricing, and the successful integration of recent acquisitions. Arxis has been active in expanding its portfolio, closing the purchase of MagCanica on June 1 and finalizing the acquisition of Blue Line Engineering on July 29. A deal to acquire Omnetics Connector Corporation is also underway, expected to close in the third quarter.

Financial discipline remains a central focus as the company repositions its balance sheet. During the second quarter, Arxis completed a repricing of its term loan facility, reducing borrowing costs and lowering net leverage to 1.8x. This strengthened financial position supports the company’s updated full-year revenue forecast, now projected between $1.96 billion and $1.98 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance has similarly been lifted to a range of $790 million to $800 million, reflecting improved visibility into market demand and secured purchase orders.
