Demand The Limits Recruits Executive Trio to Fuel National Expansion
Boca Raton-based Demand The Limits is restructuring its leadership to prepare for a projected multi-state expansion in 2027. By appointing three non-attorney executives to oversee marketing, technology, and human resources, the personal injury firm aims to scale its operations while maintaining the client-first culture that fueled its initial growth.

The firm, which has recovered over $120 million for clients since its 2018 inception, is moving beyond its South Florida roots by centralizing expertise in key corporate functions. Michael McGeeney, formerly of major brands including Capital One and Microsoft, joins as Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand strategy. He intends to push an "outsmart over outspend" philosophy, focusing on customer experience rather than traditional legal advertising saturation.
Alex Ciccolella steps in as Director of Technology, tasking his team with integrating artificial intelligence and data infrastructure to streamline case management. Meanwhile, Liz Norris brings over 25 years of human resources experience to the role of Chief People Officer, focusing on organizational development as the firm prepares to increase its headcount. Co-founders Alan Siegel and Andrew Odza stated that these hires represent a commitment to infrastructure over simple geographic reach, ensuring the firm remains capable of delivering high-quality service as it enters new markets.
