South San Francisco-based IDEAYA Biosciences has issued non-qualified stock options to fourteen new employees, leveraging the company's 2023 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan to secure talent. The Compensation Committee of IDEAYA’s Board of Directors authorized the grant of 260,200 shares on July 30, 2026. These options carry an exercise price of $36.40, matching the closing price of the company's common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on the date of the grant.

Under the terms of the 2023 Inducement Plan, which aligns with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), the awards serve as a recruitment incentive for individuals previously unaffiliated with the firm. The options are structured with a 10-year term and a four-year vesting schedule. One-quarter of the grants will vest on the first anniversary of the commencement date, with the remaining balance distributed in equal monthly installments over the following three years, provided the recipients maintain continuous service with the company.
