Teladoc Investors Face Losses as Law Firm Probes Revenue Guidance
A single trading session wiped out 28% of Teladoc Health’s market value, triggering a formal investigation by Levi & Korsinsky. The firm is examining whether the telehealth company misled shareholders regarding its revenue projections and the deteriorating performance of its BetterHelp division throughout 2026.

The company reported Q2 2026 consolidated revenue of $606.9 million, a result that failed to meet market expectations and prompted a sharp downward revision of full-year guidance. Teladoc now anticipates a revenue decline of up to 19% for its BetterHelp segment, a significant shift from earlier projections that estimated a much smaller contraction of 7% to 0.5%. CEO Divita previously acknowledged that the assumptions underpinning these earlier expectations no longer aligned with the company’s actual business outlook.
Levi & Korsinsky is currently reviewing potential claims for investors who suffered financial losses after purchasing TDOC securities. The investigation focuses on whether Teladoc’s public statements regarding its financial health and guidance were materially misleading. Affected shareholders are encouraged to provide brokerage records and trade confirmations to evaluate their eligibility for potential recovery, which is determined by purchase dates rather than current holding status. The firm handles such inquiries on a contingency basis, meaning there are no upfront costs for participants.
