CEO Jeremy C. Wensinger attributed the performance to consistent strategic execution and alignment with national security priorities. The firm saw notable growth across its aerospace and global training segments, which helped offset a slight decline in revenue from U.S. Army contracts. Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 23 percent to $1.64, while adjusted EBITDA reached $89.8 million for the period.

With a total backlog of $12.7 billion as of July 3, 2026, V2X is recalibrating its financial expectations for the remainder of the year. The company now anticipates full-year revenue between $4.975 billion and $5.025 billion, up from its previous projection. V2X also reported a net debt of $876.1 million, marking a $71.4 million improvement from the prior year, as management works toward a target net leverage ratio of 2.0x by year-end.
