Integrity Community Builders and PCCP Launch $200M Rental Housing Venture
A fresh partnership between Integrity Community Builders and investment firm PCCP, LLC aims to reshape the build-to-rent sector with an annual equity commitment of up to $200 million. The venture targets growth across 19 U.S. markets, blending specialized construction expertise with institutional capital to scale new rental housing.

The collaboration leverages the Weekley Group affiliate’s development footprint alongside PCCP’s established Skymor Living platform. By co-investing in every project, the partners intend to deliver detached homes, townhomes, and cottage-style rentals designed for long-term residency. Chad Durham, Vice President of Build-to-Rent at Integrity Community Builders, noted the venture provides the necessary scale to expand their rental platform through a strategic asset-managing partnership.
For PCCP, the move deepens a commitment to multifamily assets that began six years ago. Jennifer Diaz, Partner and Head of Multifamily at PCCP, emphasized that the firm seeks to tap into high-growth regions where Integrity Community Builders already operates. With PCCP managing approximately $29.3 billion in assets, the venture focuses on creating neighborhoods that prioritize lifestyle amenities and durable construction, utilizing the design experience of one of the nation’s largest private home builders.
