AudioCodes reported second-quarter revenues of $63 million, a 3.1% increase over the previous year, as the company pivots toward AI-driven software services. CEO Shabtai Adlersberg attributed the performance to sustained momentum in its Conversational AI business and the Live suite of managed services for enterprise communication.

The Or Yehuda-based company saw its quarterly service revenues climb 6.2% to $34.6 million. While GAAP net income reached $0.5 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, non-GAAP net income settled at $3.9 million. Adlersberg highlighted that the Conversational AI segment grew by more than 50% year-over-year, bolstered by robust demand for voice-based business solutions and consistent expansion within the company's existing customer base.

Alongside these financial results, the company’s board declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable on September 3, 2026. This distribution follows a quarter of active capital management, during which AudioCodes repurchased approximately 950,000 shares for $8.9 million. Looking ahead, management expects the ongoing shift toward cloud-based software and voice intelligence to support healthy growth through the remainder of the year.
