Vision Marine Technologies Sells Fort Lauderdale Property
Vision Marine Technologies has finalized the sale of its 1440 S. Federal Highway property in Fort Lauderdale, marking a calculated step in the company's Florida real estate optimization plan. The transaction, completed July 31, 2026, sheds an asset no longer required under the firm's streamlined operating model.
The sold property previously served as a showroom for the Nautical Ventures platform, which Vision Marine acquired in June 2025. Following the sale, retail sales activities have shifted to the Nautical Ventures site at 50 South Bryan Road in Dania Beach. Operational support functions, including rigging and logistics, are now centralized at the company's Fort Lauderdale Marina.
CEO Alexandre Mongeon stated the divestment is a milestone in the company’s broader effort to simplify its portfolio and focus capital on E-Motion propulsion commercialization and core marina operations. Management continues to work through the remaining initiatives of its Florida optimization strategy, aiming to improve overall efficiency and long-term shareholder value.
