Conagra Brands Restructures Leadership with New Administrative Role
Amy Held will join Conagra Brands on September 14 as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, a newly created position overseeing human resources and corporate communications. Held, who previously led human resources at The Simply Good Foods Company, will report directly to president and CEO John Brase.

The appointment marks a strategic pivot for the Chicago-based food giant, as Brase seeks to unify internal functions under a single leader to foster simplicity and accountability. Held brings over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy and organizational transformation, including a decade-long tenure at The J.M. Smucker Company where she served as chief transformation officer.
Her arrival coincides with two significant departures from the executive suite. Charisse Brock, current executive vice president and chief human resources officer, will retire in October following a 20-year career at the company. Simultaneously, Jon Harris, executive vice president and chief networking officer, is stepping down in September to pursue external opportunities. Brase credited both outgoing executives for their roles in shaping the firm's culture and elevating its corporate reputation.
