Lupica transitions to his new role after 26 years with Chubb, where he shaped the firm's growth through the development of its Financial Lines practice and the digital modernization of Westchester. His tenure, which earned him a 2024 induction into the Insurance Business America Hall of Fame, will now focus on providing strategic governance and oversight for the wholesale business. He brings four decades of industry experience to the chairmanship, having held prior leadership roles at AIG and Aon.

Dave Roberts succeeds Lupica as Division President and Vice President of Chubb Group, taking full executive operating responsibility for the unit. Roberts will report to Scott Meyer, Chief Operating Officer of North America Insurance. Having served as Westchester's COO since 2025, Roberts is credited with a disciplined underwriting philosophy that integrates data analytics into portfolio management. His path to the presidency includes over a decade within Westchester, where he previously directed digital strategy and middle-market operations.
