The modernized system, built on RedMane’s mCase platform, automates essential administrative tasks including background checks and application processing. By integrating with the state’s legacy child welfare infrastructure, the software provides officials with a unified view of provider data. This connectivity is designed to improve consistency across different care programs while offering better reporting tools for state staff.
