NNS Increases Stake in OCI with Fresh Share Purchase
NNS Holding has purchased 537,251 shares of OCI, further tightening its control over the company. The transaction, executed on August 4, 2026, at an average price of 4.0581 EUR per share, marks the latest move in the firm's ongoing acquisition strategy as it nears a majority position in the entity.

The acquisition represents approximately 0.25% of OCI’s total issued share capital. Following the settlement of these trades, NNS now holds 120,825,270 shares, equivalent to a 57.17% stake. When combined with holdings attributed to Nassef Sawiris, the total interest climbs to 57.35%, or 121,215,000 shares.
NNS, a Cyprus-based firm established by Sawiris in 2008, continues to manage this position as part of its diversified investment platform. The company signaled that it may continue to purchase additional shares outside of the formal offer parameters, provided such actions remain compliant with applicable regulations. Any future acquisitions of this nature will be disclosed publicly through the firm's investor portal.
