The dividend is scheduled for payout on August 28 to shareholders of record as of August 18. Beyond maintaining this historic streak, the North Canton-based manufacturer of motion technology components has achieved thirteen consecutive years of annual dividend growth through 2026.

Timken reported $4.6 billion in sales for 2025, supported by a workforce of approximately 19,000 employees across 45 countries. The company focuses on engineered systems for strategic sectors, including aerospace, defense, and industrial automation.
