LUX Infusion Acquires Infuse IQ to Scale Ambulatory Care Network
With the acquisition of Wyoming-based Infuse IQ, clinician-led LUX Infusion is accelerating its national expansion. The deal integrates Infuse IQ’s six existing clinic locations into LUX Infusion’s broader omnichannel platform, aiming to streamline therapy access for patients navigating complex chronic conditions across a diverse range of medical specialties.

The integration brings together two providers focused on shifting infusion therapy away from traditional hospital settings. Infuse IQ currently serves patients across ten medical specialties, utilizing a model that emphasizes flexible scheduling and robust co-pay assistance programs. According to Ted Kramm, CEO of LUX Infusion, the partnership aligns with a strategy to scale through organizations that mirror their focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
For patients, the merger promises faster initiation of therapy and enhanced support in navigating insurance complexities. Referring providers gain access to a unified infrastructure designed to improve data sharing and patient monitoring. Brian Zweben, CEO of Infuse IQ, noted that joining the platform allows his team to leverage LUX Infusion’s technology and clinician-led approach to broaden their impact. This move marks another step in LUX Infusion’s push to build a national network that now spans from Alaska to the Southeast, providing both home-based and center-based infusion services.
