Twenty-two years after the debut of Buddhabot, inventor Ronald Ingram is reviving his original AI companion vision in a financial context. Neobanx has launched BROK V2.0, an agentic banking platform designed to function as a pocket-sized private banker, marking a transition from early AI experiments to a functional, zero-person enterprise.
Ingram, based in Henderson, Nevada, describes the platform as a convergence of his decades-long work in consciousness-oriented software and modern financial technology. The system integrates proprietary frameworks including Singularity Economics and Quadrivalent Logic, which Ingram claims provide the foundation for its trading and decision-making models. Unlike traditional banking interfaces, BROK offers users interaction via chat, voice, or a live avatar, powered by a digital asset known as $POCK.
This utility token serves as the fuel for the platform, facilitating metered product use rather than acting as a traditional bank deposit or investment security. The company emphasizes a "Zero Person Enterprise" model, where specialized AI agents execute high-level corporate functions under the founder's accountability.
