Acer Hits 13-Year Revenue Peak Driven by AI Desktop Demand
Acer Inc. reported consolidated revenues of NT$26.90 billion for July, marking a 21.9% year-on-year increase. This performance pushed the company’s year-to-July total to NT$184.63 billion, representing a 23.1% rise and securing the highest revenue figures for these periods in over thirteen years.

The surge is largely attributed to a robust performance in the desktop PC segment, which saw growth of 30.6% in July and 36.7% over the first seven months of the year. Commercial product lines saw a 36.0% year-to-date increase, while incubation projects like Acer ITS Inc. and Acer Fashion Inc. posted revenue gains of 63.5% and 20.0%, respectively. These figures underscore a shift in the company’s portfolio as it moves to reduce reliance on traditional computer hardware through its multi-engine business model.
