Trulieve Reports $271 Million in Q2 Revenue Following NYSE Listing
Trulieve Cannabis Corp. posted $271 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, marking a period of significant structural transition for the Tallahassee-based operator. The company, which recently became the first U.S. cannabis firm to list on the New York Stock Exchange, reported a net loss driven by the deconsolidation of Harvest.

The company’s quarterly results reflect the complex separation from Harvest, completed on June 3, 2026, which accounted for a $407 million impact on net loss. Despite a reported GAAP net loss of $406 million, Trulieve maintained an adjusted net income of $20 million. Retail sales remained the primary driver of performance, contributing 94% of total quarterly revenue, while gross margin held steady at 60%.
Operational activity continues to center on expansion and regulatory adaptation. Following the federal rescheduling of medical marijuana to Schedule III, the firm has filed applications to register its state-licensed medical operations with the Drug Enforcement Agency. Trulieve currently operates 207 dispensaries and 3.5 million square feet of cultivation capacity. Looking ahead, CEO Kim Rivers pointed to upcoming market expansions in Georgia and Texas as key components of the company's strategy to leverage its current scale and financial position.
