Pulse Health Expands Engagement Cloud with Precision Ad Platform
Pharmaceutical marketers are moving away from fragmented vendor ecosystems as Pulse Health launches Pulse Media. The new platform integrates targeted digital advertising directly into the Pulse Engagement Cloud, allowing brands to bridge the gap between initial campaign impressions and long-term omnichannel outreach to healthcare professionals.

Garden City-based Pulse Health developed this tool to address client demand for a unified system capable of handling both media activation and downstream engagement. Unlike standard advertising solutions that focus solely on clicks and impressions, the platform allows marketers to segment audiences by NPI, specialty, and geography. By tethering ad performance to CRM and marketing automation, teams can track the entire lifecycle of a professional’s interaction with a brand.
Early performance data highlights the efficacy of this integrated approach. In a recent omnichannel campaign reaching 5,277 healthcare professionals, the platform generated a 26% email open rate and a 51% click-to-open rate. Chief Operating Officer Brooke Alovis emphasized that the platform is designed to eliminate the need for stitching together multiple vendors, providing a singular environment for planning, execution, and real-time measurement. The technology supports a broad range of life science initiatives, from product launches to account-based marketing and treatment education.
