The KLAS Arch Collaborative, which monitors EHR performance across more than 300 healthcare organizations, granted the designation based on Mercy’s elite Net EHR Experience Score. This metric measures clinician satisfaction and the practical usability of digital tools in clinical settings. The recognition follows a multi-year strategy focused on technology optimization and clinician-led feedback loops designed to streamline daily tasks.

Dr. Damon Broyles, Mercy’s vice president of clinical innovation, described the award as a validation of the health system's push for more intuitive digital environments. By reducing the complexity of record-keeping, the organization aims to allow physicians to dedicate more time to clinical care. This latest achievement complements Mercy's 2025 recognition for improving nurse EHR experiences, signaling a consistent, system-wide investment in the digital infrastructure supporting its 50,000 caregivers across Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
