Uranium Royalty Corp. Adds Two Veterans to Board of Directors
Uranium Royalty Corp. has appointed Kevin McQuilkin and Peter Rozenauers to its board of directors, effective immediately. The move brings over seven decades of combined experience in natural resources and investment banking to the Lakewood-based company, following a recent investor rights agreement involving Orion Resource Partners and other institutional stakeholders.

Peter Rozenauers joins the board with 35 years of industry experience, most recently serving as a managing partner and portfolio manager at Orion Resource Partners. His background includes a degree in mining engineering and an extensive history in finance. Joining him, Kevin McQuilkin brings a similar three-decade tenure in investment banking, having held senior roles at Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, and J.P. Morgan. McQuilkin currently operates as an adjunct professor and executive in residence at Gonzaga University.
CEO Scott Melbye noted that the appointments mark a significant period for the firm, which recently completed a merger with Sweetwater Royalties. The board additions stem from an investor rights agreement finalized on July 27, 2026, which involved major shareholders including the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. These appointments aim to bolster the company's oversight as it manages a portfolio characterized by a century-long reserve life and extensive land holdings across the United States.
