With annual revenues surpassing $105 million, Holmdel-based Victory Home Remodeling has secured back-to-back appearances on the Inc. 5000 list and retained its spot as the 38th largest roofing contractor in North America. The firm’s rapid expansion across the Northeast continues to reshape the residential exterior remodeling market.
Founded in 2019, the company currently employs more than 600 people and maintains an 80+ Net Promoter Score, a metric it credits to heavy investment in internal leadership development and employee wellness. CEO Bill Winters noted that the firm’s growth trajectory is tied to a focus on team culture and customer experience rather than mere scale.
This growth is now moving into new territories. Victory is opening satellite offices in Exton, Pennsylvania, to capture the Greater Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania markets, along with a facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. According to Senior Vice President of Revenue Dave Powell, these locations are designed to export the company’s established operating model into fresh regions. Beyond its financial performance, the company has recently been recognized by Fortune and Glassdoor for its workplace culture, distinguishing itself as a firm that prioritizes employee engagement as a primary engine for business success.
