PointsKash Secures $100 Million Capital Commitment from Hawk Capital

PointsKash has finalized a $100 million strategic capital agreement with Hawk Capital Investors, designed to accelerate the company’s transition from early-stage commercialization to a nationwide rollout. The funding is structured in two distinct phases, tied directly to operational milestones and infrastructure deployment through early 2027.

The first phase grants PointsKash access to $35 million through October 30, 2026. These funds are earmarked for the refurbishment and installation of roughly 2,100 KashPoint financial kiosks, alongside technology integrations and merchant expansion. The company aims to use this initial injection to stabilize its operational reserves and prepare the necessary infrastructure for a broader national footprint.

Should the company meet its predefined operational and deployment targets, a second phase will unlock an additional $65 million between February and April 2027. This secondary capital is intended to scale kiosk production and field operations, supporting the company’s goal of bridging traditional financial services with digital asset ecosystems. According to CEO Michael Herron, the partnership acts as a long-term anchor, providing the stability required to navigate a period of significant change in consumer payments and loyalty rewards.

PointsKash is currently leveraging a strategic relationship with BitCorp, Inc., which offers potential access to over 100,000 merchant locations. Michael Frantz of Hawk Capital noted that the milestone-driven structure allows the firm to align investment with the company’s execution progress, ensuring that growth capital is deployed as key commercial agreements and platform rollouts reach fruition.
