Corral, who represents UPS, secured his victory by finishing first in the 4-axle vehicle class. His performance in Pittsburgh adds to a decorated history at the national level, following a first-place finish in the twins division in 2018 and a runner-up spot in the 4-axle division in 2022. With nearly three decades of experience, the Crown Point resident has accumulated over 1.4 million accident-free miles.

The competition drew participants from 49 states, representing 55 motor carriers with a collective history of nearly 775 million accident-free miles. American Trucking Associations President and CEO Chris Spear lauded the event for highlighting the necessity of rigorous training, noting that the participants serve as the primary benchmark for safety across the nation's supply chain. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Administrator Derek Barrs also attended the ceremony, emphasizing that the technical precision demonstrated by the drivers remains vital to maintaining road security and freight efficiency.
