Sea-Doo Unveils 2027 Lineup With 350 HP Engine and Spark X Model
BRP is pushing its 2027 Sea-Doo lineup into higher performance territory, headlined by a factory-tuned 350 hp engine and a revamped Spark family. The manufacturer is also marking the fifth anniversary of its Switch pontoon series with technical upgrades designed to improve connectivity and onboard utility for recreational riders.

The centerpiece of the new release is the Rotax 1630 ACE 350 hp engine, the most powerful unit ever produced by the factory. This powerplant will feature in the GTX Limited, RXT-X, and RXP-X platforms, including the limited-edition RXP-X Senna 350, which pays homage to the late racing driver Ayrton Senna. Beyond the high-performance tier, the entry-level Spark family receives a significant refresh with the new Rotax 1000 ACE 110 hp engine, which boosts top speeds by 15 percent across the Spark X and Trixx models.
Technological integration remains a priority for the 2027 season. The 10.25-inch touchscreen display, previously limited to select models, is now expanding to the GTX and GTR-X watercraft. This connectivity push extends to the Switch pontoon lineup, where the larger screen will be standard on all models equipped with 230 and 300 hp engines. Practical refinements for the Switch include an updated automatic bilge pump and an expanded 176-liter fuel tank for 230 hp configurations, ensuring longer stretches on the water without refueling.
