Founded in 2012 as an executive search firm, the company has spent the last decade evolving into a comprehensive partner for the Office of the CFO. Its service portfolio now spans six distinct practice areas, including AI and data analytics, finance advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. This diversification has allowed the firm to maintain momentum, serving a client base that ranges from private equity firms to large non-profit organizations.
CEO Ed Barrow attributes the firm's longevity on the list to consistent team investment and client trust rather than isolated business wins. Brian Meadows, partner and chief growth officer, views the 10-year streak as a strategic checkpoint.
