The seasonal rollout centers on two distinct flavor profiles. The Caramel Apple line includes a streusel-topped trifle, a filled King Cream Donut, a Liège-style waffle, and a tart, complemented by macchiato and matcha latte versions of the flavor. Meanwhile, the pumpkin selection expands to include a cheese danish, a spice cruffin with pumpkin seeds, and a variety of lattes ranging from pumpkin chai with oat milk to cold brew with sweet cream.

Beyond sweets, the bakery is introducing savory options such as a pesto chicken pizzetta, a turkey and cranberry pastry sandwich, and a breakfast sandwich featuring maple chicken sausage. Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America, noted that these items are intended to turn daily routines into seasonal rituals. To support the launch, the company is offering promotional pricing for loyalty members throughout September, including discounted lattes and a free coffee event on National Coffee Day. Additionally, between August 26 and September 30, customers can donate to No Kid Hungry at checkout as part of the brand’s Love Baked In program.
