Rubin Rudman Partners Recognized in New England Legal Awards
Managing partner John J. McGivney and corporate partner Ariadna Caulfield have been honored by Law.com’s New England Legal Awards. McGivney earned the Distinguished Leader distinction for his decades of firm growth, while Caulfield was named a Rising Star, highlighting her rapid ascent in corporate and financial law.
John J. McGivney’s recognition follows a nine-year tenure as managing partner, a period marked by significant expansion in the firm’s revenue and recruitment. With over 40 years of legal experience, including nearly 30 years at Rubin Rudman, McGivney has focused on diversifying the firm’s attorney ranks while maintaining an active litigation practice and prioritizing mentorship for the next generation of lawyers.
Ariadna Caulfield, who joined the firm with an international background as an in-house lawyer at the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic, has become a key figure in the firm's corporate and banking practice. Beyond her transactional work in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial real estate, she serves as a founding member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Her recent accolades include being named to Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers and Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, further solidifying her impact on the Massachusetts legal community.
