The resort’s fall calendar begins with a focus on local gastronomy. Throughout September, restaurants such as Highball & Harvest and Primo will participate in Orlando’s Magical Dining, with Primo hosting special Negroni Week events from September 21 to 27. The culinary focus shifts to open-air experiences on October 10 and 11 during the annual Fall Festival. This year, chef Jack Arnold will lead an immersive outdoor dinner featuring live-fire cooking, complemented by a new beer garden and traditional seasonal activities ranging from archery to pumpkin decorating.

Thanksgiving programming includes a variety of formal dining options across the property, including Citron, Knife & Spoon, and Highball & Harvest, which will feature ingredients sourced from the on-site Whisper Creek Farm. To balance the holiday indulgence, the resort will host the Ritz-Carlton Gobbler 5K and a master yoga class on the morning of the holiday. The season concludes with the opening of an outdoor ice skating rink and a Christmas Market starting November 25.

Beyond dining and festivities, the resort is marking a significant milestone in its sports infrastructure. November sees the reopening of the Greg Norman-designed golf course after an extensive renovation. The course will immediately return to the spotlight in December, serving as the venue for the annual PNC Championship.
