Townsend, Fritz, Paul and Anisimova Set for 2026 Atlanta Cup

More than 7,300 fans packed the stands for last year’s inaugural event, and organizers are betting on a repeat performance this winter. On December 4, 2026, Gas South Arena will host the second annual Atlanta Cup, featuring a marquee lineup of American stars led by hometown favorite Taylor Townsend.

Fresh off completing a career Grand Slam with her US Open women's doubles victory, the Atlanta-raised Townsend returns to her home courts to face Amanda Anisimova, a two-time Grand Slam finalist currently ranked in the world's top 10. The men’s side features a high-stakes showdown between Taylor Fritz, a US Open and ATP Finals finalist, and Australian Open semifinalist Tommy Paul. Both men arrive as Olympic teammates, adding a layer of familiarity to their professional rivalry.

Event founder Jason Dolan noted that securing Townsend for the event following her historic New York performance creates a unique narrative for the city’s tennis culture. Tickets for the exhibition start at $100. A presale window for ALTA, USTA, and Intennse members opens September 15, while the general public can purchase seats beginning at 10 a.m. on September 18 via the Gas South District website or Ticketmaster.
