The recognition highlights the company’s pivot toward agentic AI and specialized field excellence platforms designed to handle the complex regulatory and data integration demands of the global life sciences sector.
The Everest Group ranking evaluates vendors based on a weighted assessment of market adoption, innovation, and client outcomes. ACTO’s inclusion follows a period of rapid development in its AI-native platform, which integrates with industry staples like Veeva and Salesforce to automate complex workflows for customer-facing medical and commercial teams. Durga Ambati, vice president at Everest Group, noted that the company has carved out a distinct niche by focusing on knowledge assistance and simulated coaching tools that prioritize compliance and traceability.

For ACTO, which counts 14 of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies as clients, the strategy involves offloading up to 30% of routine tasks to AI SuperAgents. CEO Parth Khanna stated that this validation confirms the company's commitment to building technology specifically for the unique regulatory environment of life sciences.
