Khachkar Studios Expands Church Revitalization Masterclass
Only seven out of every 1,000 Armenian women aged 18 to 29 in the United States attend church on a typical Sunday. Facing this decline, Khachkar Studios has released its third masterclass, "Revitalizing Churches Worldwide," now available in English, Western Armenian, and Eastern Armenian to reach a broader diaspora.

The curriculum addresses the current state of Armenian Christianity by applying management principles centered on transparency, accountability, and performance. The 20-minute video presentation, supported by an 87-slide deck, outlines four primary goals and seven specific steps for congregational reform. Data analyzed by the studio places U.S. Armenian church attendance at 22nd out of 23 among Orthodox Christian groups, highlighting a significant gap in engagement.
To support this initiative, Khachkar Studios has committed $100 million toward educating the community on the necessity of structural revitalization. The program encourages participants to adopt a simple call to action: consistent weekly attendance and active community outreach. Full materials and the masterclass video are hosted on the organization's website for public access.
