Twelvio and Retarget.gg Partner to Monetize Global Blocked Traffic

Fifteen million user journeys were redirected in just three months, proving that lost traffic is a hidden asset. Marketing agency Twelvio has signed a global growth agreement with Retarget.gg to scale its affiliate marketplace, which turns geo-blocked and non-converting visitors into revenue for international brands.

The platform addresses a fundamental inefficiency in digital advertising: when a visitor lands on a site but cannot access an offer due to location or eligibility, the commercial journey typically ends. Retarget.gg intervenes by detecting the visitor’s geographic constraints and instantly serving a relevant, accessible alternative. This transforms a dead-end page into a conversion point for other brands while allowing the original site owner to monetize traffic they otherwise would have discarded.

Having established a foothold in the North American gaming sector, the technology is now moving beyond its initial proving ground. Starting in October, the partnership will drive expansion into new industries where product availability and licensing create similar friction for users. Twelvio will spearhead this push by leveraging its expertise in performance marketing and brand partnerships to connect the marketplace with a broader range of global operators.

The collaboration will be on full display at the SBC Summit in Lisbon from September 29 to October 1. Representatives from Twelvio and Retarget.gg will host live demonstrations at the Invicta Entertainment Group stand, showcasing how the platform tracks performance and matches high-intent traffic with viable offers. According to Alex Green, CMO of Retarget.gg, the goal is to bridge the gap between businesses that cannot serve specific users and brands ready to convert them, creating a scalable ecosystem for customer intent.
