Manhattan Vintage Expands Fashion Shows to Chicago and Los Angeles

After establishing its reputation as a cornerstone of New York’s vintage scene, Manhattan Vintage is going national. The show will launch its first Chicago edition this October at Morgan Manufacturing, followed by a permanent expansion into Los Angeles in early 2027, marking a significant growth phase for the curated event brand.

The expansion brings a mix of longtime Manhattan Vintage dealers and regional talent to new markets, aiming to blend the show's signature archival fashion offerings with the specific creative identities of its host cities. Amy Abrams, who owns the show alongside Ronen Glimer, emphasized that the move is deeply personal; as a Chicago native with decades-long ties to the Los Angeles fashion community, she views the expansion as a homecoming of sorts for the brand.

Tickets for the inaugural Chicago event on October 24 and 25 are already on sale, with general admission starting at $25 and preview access priced at $40. Following the October debut, the organization plans to maintain a twice-annual schedule for both cities, with Los Angeles hosting its first event at Hudson Loft on March 20 and 21, 2027. By integrating local sellers with established national dealers, the organizers intend to create a sustainable platform for collectors and industry insiders across the country.
