Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches Partners with National Park Foundation
Richmond-based Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches has launched a limited-edition S'mores flavor, a collaboration with the National Park Foundation designed to evoke campfire nostalgia. Available exclusively at select Target stores nationwide, the product aims to drive support for the preservation of America's national park system through consumer sales.

The new flavor features honey graham cookies surrounding chocolate toasted marshmallow ice cream with ribbons of marshmallow fluff. This release marks an expansion of the company's commitment to chef-driven frozen novelties, utilizing their signature 14% butterfat ice cream base. For CEO and co-founder Hannah Pollack, the partnership is a personal endeavor tied to her goal of visiting every national park in the United States within the next five years.
Since its founding in 2016, Nightingale has transitioned from a local Richmond staple to a national brand present in over 6,500 retail locations. Amber Hanna, Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships at the National Park Foundation, noted that the collaboration offers consumers a tangible way to contribute to the protection of public lands while engaging with an iconic outdoor tradition. The limited-edition sandwiches will remain on shelves at Target while supplies last.
