A 17-month digital overhaul at Booz Allen Hamilton has secured the firm top honors at the 2026 Prism Awards, an annual recognition of payroll efficiency. Presented in San Antonio by PayrollOrg, the awards highlight organizations that have successfully slashed processing times and manual overhead through strategic automation.

Booz Allen Hamilton took the top prize for Overall Payroll Best Practices after automating 98% of its data flow, a shift that cut the company’s processing cycle from five days to three and reduced overpayments by 60%.
