YYForce Reports 85% Surge in Net Assets Amid Strategic Shift

A sharp reduction in total liabilities has propelled YYForce’s net assets to $25.2 million as of June 30, 2026, marking an 85% increase since the end of 2025. The Singapore-based AI workforce platform now reports total assets of $38.0 million, signaling a strengthened balance sheet following recent international expansion.

The company’s latest unaudited financial data indicates a per-share net asset value of $7.87, calculated against 3.2 million outstanding Class A ordinary shares. This growth stems from deliberate balance sheet management that successfully lowered total liabilities, allowing the firm to prioritize its core AI and robotics initiatives. During the first half of the year, YYForce scaled its operations across Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, integrating automated solutions into its hospitality and facility management service lines.

CEO Mike Fu stated that the company is transitioning from a period of heavy investment into a phase of commercial execution. While these figures remain subject to final audit procedures expected by the end of September, they reflect the firm's ongoing efforts to optimize workforce deployment through its YY Circle and 24IFM platforms. The company plans to release a comprehensive interim financial report later this month to provide further clarity on its capital structure.
