Archie Brown, who has helmed the organization since the 2018 MainSource Financial Group merger, remains chief executive officer with a refined focus on long-term strategy. Jamie Anderson, formerly the chief financial and operating officer, steps into the role of president of both the company and the bank. With over 26 years of industry experience, Anderson will now oversee day-to-day operational management and financial performance while retaining his CFO duties.

The restructuring extends to several key divisions. Mandy Neeley has been appointed chief banking officer, taking charge of all revenue-producing sectors including commercial, wealth, consumer, and mortgage lines. Meanwhile, Matt Reckman expands his commercial banking portfolio to encompass credit and corporate banking, and Karen Woods adds credit administration and audit oversight to her existing responsibilities as general counsel and chief administration officer. These appointments follow a period of steady growth for the bank, which reported $22.4 billion in total assets as of June 30, 2026.
