Huawei Launches SCALE Support System to Accelerate Industrial AI Adoption

Leo Chen, Huawei’s Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, unveiled the strategy during his keynote, emphasizing a shift from basic compute construction to high-level intelligent applications. The SCALE system addresses five critical industry bottlenecks: solution development, integration verification, delivery, operations, and system collaboration. By opening its internal processes, Huawei intends to streamline how partners design and deploy AI, moving beyond fragmented projects to repeatable, industry-wide benchmarks.

To support this transition, the company has deployed a multi-layered assistance model. This includes providing partners with open AI foundation products, such as the new SMECE and DCS AI solutions, which have already fueled over 100 scenario-based applications across eight sectors. Furthermore, Huawei is granting partners access to 48 high-value reference architectures and cloud-based OpenLab tools to simplify debugging and verification.

Beyond technical enablement, Huawei is integrating its Market-to-Lead processes to help partners increase the visibility of their solutions, resulting in over 130 global industry showcases. The company is also doubling down on human capital, leveraging its O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform to build on a track record that has already certified 50,000 AI professionals over the past three years. Through unified digital portals like HUAWEI eFly and ePartner, the firm hopes to consolidate transaction and service management into a single, efficient workflow.
