Scinai Immunotherapeutics Regains Nasdaq Listing Compliance

After months of regulatory scrutiny, Jerusalem-based Scinai Immunotherapeutics has officially regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. The biopharmaceutical firm successfully maintained a closing share price of at least $1.00 for 19 consecutive business days, effectively closing a deficiency notice that had been pending since March.

The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications staff issued written confirmation to the company on September 18, 2026, verifying that the American Depositary Shares (ADSs) met the necessary threshold between August 21 and September 17. This resolution concludes a period of uncertainty that began on March 12, 2026, when the exchange first notified Scinai that its stock had failed to maintain the required $1.00 minimum over a 30-day window.

Amir Reichman, CEO of Scinai, signaled a shift in priority now that the compliance hurdle is cleared. The company intends to direct its full attention toward commercial operations at its Scinai Biopharma Services division and the continued development of its NanoAb platform. With the listing matter resolved, the firm remains focused on its dual-track model of immunology research and contract manufacturing services based in Jerusalem and Yavne, Israel.
