Apple Agrees to $250 Million Settlement Over Siri Feature Claims

The settlement covers a wide range of devices, including all iPhone 16 models, the iPhone 15 Pro, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. While Apple maintains its denial of any wrongdoing, it has committed to the fund to resolve claims pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. This pool will compensate eligible class members after covering legal fees and court-approved costs.

To secure a payment, owners must submit a claim form through the official settlement website by December 21, 2026. Those who prefer not to participate must also act by that date to exclude themselves or file an objection. Failure to take action will result in the forfeiture of a payment while simultaneously waiving the right to pursue future litigation against Apple regarding these specific claims. A final fairness hearing is scheduled for February 24, 2027, in San Jose to determine the court's approval of the agreement.
