Pak Mail in Columbus Changes Hands After 27 Years
After serving the Columbus, Ohio community for nearly three decades, the Pak Mail location at 1985 Henderson Road has transitioned to new ownership. Local entrepreneur Devesh Tank has acquired the business, pledging to maintain existing shipping operations while broadening the store's range of professional and personalized service offerings.
The location remains a hub for logistics, offering packing, crating, and freight services alongside shipping options through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Tank intends to modernize the customer experience by introducing printing, notary services, and custom product lines tailored to local demand. He views the acquisition as a strategic opportunity to leverage the store's deep roots while implementing a growth-oriented business model focused on relationship building.
Annex Brands, the San Diego-based franchisor, supports the transition as part of its broader network strategy. CEO and President Patrick Edd noted that Tank’s background as a business owner aligns with the company’s emphasis on long-term stability and service excellence. With over 800 locations across North America, Annex Brands continues to focus on maintaining these essential retail outposts as pillars of their respective neighborhoods.
