Datavault AI Investors Face October Deadline in Fraud Lawsuit
Investors who purchased Datavault AI Inc. securities between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025, have until October 5, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in a pending securities fraud class action. The lawsuit alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its partnerships, platform activity, and undisclosed executive connections.

The litigation, spearheaded by the Rosen Law Firm, claims Datavault AI issued materially false statements throughout the specified period. Central to the allegations is the assertion that the company inflated the economic value of its corporate partnerships with entities including Burke, Scilex, and Nature's Miracle. Furthermore, the suit contends that the firm misrepresented the volume of trading activity on its platform, which plaintiffs claim was minimal.
Additional scrutiny surrounds the company's relationship with Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon. The lawsuit argues that failing to disclose these connections exposed the company to significant reputational damage. While a lawsuit is currently active, no class has been certified, meaning shareholders are not yet represented by counsel unless they choose to retain their own. Investors wishing to serve as a lead plaintiff must move the court before the October 5 deadline.
