CollPlant Regains Nasdaq Compliance Following Stock Price Recovery
After months of trading below the required threshold, CollPlant Biotechnologies has officially satisfied Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule. The Rehovot-based firm confirmed receipt of a formal notification from the exchange, signaling the end of a compliance deficiency that began in March and threatened its standing on the market.

The company’s ordinary shares maintained a closing bid price at or above $1.00 for ten consecutive business days, spanning September 4 to September 18, 2026. This performance corrected the initial deficiency notice issued by Nasdaq on March 23, 2026, when the stock failed to meet the $1.00 minimum over a 30-day period.
Chief Executive Officer Yehiel Tal stated that the move restores the company's capital market standing and allows management to pivot toward its commercial roadmap. CollPlant is currently integrating its recent acquisition, LightSolver, which develops laser-based computing architectures, alongside its established rhCollagen platform for regenerative medicine. The company intends to focus on scaling its photonic computing technology while continuing to pursue strategic industry partnerships.
