Eric Uva Joins Province as Partner in OCFO Practice
With two decades of experience spanning private equity investment and executive finance leadership, Eric Uva has joined Province as a Partner in its Office of the CFO practice. Uva arrives at the firm to bolster its capabilities in performance improvement, transaction execution, and complex liquidity management for private equity clients.
Uva brings a background that bridges the gap between high-level financial strategy and day-to-day operational execution. Before joining Province, he founded ClearPoint Advisory and held senior roles at PwC Strategy& and Alvarez & Marsal. His career includes managing a $1.2 billion private equity portfolio at American Capital and advising on capital markets transactions at Jefferies. In his new capacity, he will work directly with management teams and boards to navigate financial transformations, M&A integrations, and turnaround initiatives.
Randall Coxworth, Chair of the firm's OCFO practice, noted that Uva’s ability to step into high-stakes environments will provide immediate value to clients. Province, founded in 2008, operates globally with a focus on restructuring and financial advisory services, having managed over $400 billion in debt restructurings across its international offices.
