KPOT Scales Digital Operations With Deliverect Integration

To manage the complexities of a rapid nationwide expansion, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is deploying Deliverect’s aggregation platform across its 140 U.S. locations. The move shifts the chain’s digital strategy toward a centralized model, aiming to synchronize third-party marketplace orders directly with individual restaurant point-of-sale systems.

The partnership addresses the logistical friction inherent in scaling a franchise model from a single 2018 startup to a national brand. Previously, menu adjustments, pricing shifts, and item availability updates required manual intervention at each store and across every delivery channel. By adopting Deliverect, KPOT now manages these variables from a single control point, ensuring that updates propagate instantly to all third-party platforms.

Victor Chow, Senior Vice President and Partner at KPOT, noted that the integration provides the stability necessary to maintain service quality as the brand grows. For the restaurant staff, the technology simplifies order flow by funneling disparate marketplace requests into a consistent, unified workflow. Noah Hayes, VP at Deliverect, emphasized that this level of standardization is essential for maintaining brand consistency when operating at such a significant scale.
