Healthee Launches Zoe-to-Agent to Link AI Assistants
As employees and HR departments increasingly rely on fragmented AI tools, Healthee is moving to bridge the gap with Zoe, Everywhere. The initiative introduces Zoe-to-Agent technology, allowing external AI systems to query Healthee’s specialized benefits database directly rather than operating in isolation.

The strategy targets the growing inefficiency of having multiple AI agents that lack shared context. By enabling Z2A, Healthee allows a company’s existing internal AI to pull real-time data regarding specific health plans, coverage details, and out-of-pocket costs. For an employee, this means a generic workplace assistant could accurately calculate the price of a dermatologist visit or identify in-network providers by consulting Zoe in the background.
HR teams stand to benefit by integrating benefits performance metrics into their own administrative dashboards. Instead of switching between platforms, managers can query their primary AI interface to extract complex data on healthcare spending or plan engagement. Ron Zionpour, CTO of Healthee, emphasized that no single agent can manage every corporate function, making interoperability the necessary next step for AI infrastructure. While the full vision for 2027 is now public, current integrations for Slack and Microsoft Teams are available for immediate use.
