Stan to Host 100 Founders for Two-Week Poconos Startup Intensive

The program, which runs through October 19, aims to transform raw concepts into functional companies by forcing participants to build and share their progress in real time. Founders will reside at a private camp located two hours outside New York City, balancing structured masterclasses with intensive focus periods and elimination rounds. The entire experience will be captured for a forthcoming documentary series, providing a public look at the pressures of the entrepreneurial process.

Throughout the residency, participants will utilize Stanley, the company’s proprietary content AI, to manage their public-facing narratives. Stan co-founders Vitalii Dodonov and John Hu designed the curriculum to emphasize distribution over product development, arguing that audience building is the most critical survival skill for modern founders. The program concludes with a Demo Day where participants will pitch their ventures to active investment firms.
