The service relies on a hybrid model where AI agents monitor live video feeds to flag anomalies, allowing human guards to exercise judgment in real-time responses. This approach has already demonstrated tangible results in high-risk areas, most notably in the prevention of mail theft. Over the past two years, the company secured more than 200 USPS mailbox locks across 20 communities, recording zero incidents of theft after implementing its proprietary MailGuard technology.

Beyond mail security, the platform addresses localized issues such as unauthorized pool usage, illegal dumping, and parking lot suspicious activity. CEO Uday Kiran Chaka argues that the shift away from predetermined alarm scripts is necessary, as security priorities often fluctuate. As a property’s needs evolve—for instance, shifting focus from mail security to vehicle burglary prevention—the system allows administrators to reallocate monitoring priorities without replacing the underlying sensors or access-control devices. Currently, the company positions this flexible, remote-first model as a cost-effective alternative to traditional on-site personnel, claiming to operate at approximately one-fifth of the expense associated with physical guarding services.
