Robo.ai Expands Capital Base Following Shareholder Vote in Dubai
Shareholders at Dubai-based Robo.ai Inc. have officially greenlit a significant restructuring of the company’s capital, clearing the way for a major expansion of authorized shares. The move, finalized at an extraordinary general meeting held this week, marks a shift in the Nasdaq-listed technology group’s corporate foundation.

The approved resolutions authorize an increase in total share capital to $4 million. This new structure is divided into two billion shares, consisting of 250 million Class A ordinary shares and 1.75 billion Class B shares, each with a par value of $0.002. Alongside the capital expansion, the company formally adopted its sixth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association.
Headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, Robo.ai operates across four distinct sectors: artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and digital assets. The company functions through a network of subsidiaries, including the industrial group Alif Holding and the software developer Neurovia AI, while its venture-building platform, Quantum Core Capital, targets deep-tech investments. This capital adjustment provides the firm with the necessary legal framework to support its ongoing development of intelligent infrastructure for government and mission-critical sectors.
